Day-to-day Management of the Fund
A Principal Officer is appointed in accordance with the Rules of the Fund, the Medical Aid Funds Act and other applicable legislation to oversee the day-to-day running of the Fund. Jo-Anne Crossman fills this important role at NMC. She is assisted by the Fund Manager, Ben Nandago, the Office Manager and Patient Member Care Manager.
